我国目前普遍采用三相四线制供电,相电压220伏,线电压380伏。在这种供电方式中如何做到安全用电是值得注意的。有人发现电工在身体和大地绝缘情况下,可以带电操作,可以用单手触摸任何一根火线而不会发生触电。其原因在于在绝缘情况下,电工虽然用手触摸火线,但与火线等电位,与中线之间没有形成通路,没有电流流过人体,所以不会触电。目前造成触电的事故大都由于人的脚或手与地或墙壁接触,在中性线接地的情况下,使人的一端已与中性线相连通,
