在SrO La2 O3 B2 O3体系中合成出一种新的硼酸盐化合物La2 SrB10 O19。La2 SrB10 O19的晶体结构与La2 CaB10 O19相同。La2 SrB10 O19的粉末倍频效应 (SHG)大约是KH2 PO4 (KDP)的 2倍。差热分析结果表明该化合物为非同成分熔融化合物 ,转熔温度约为 983℃ ,可以用助熔剂法进行晶体生长。反射光谱研究表明La2 SrB10 O19的紫外吸收边在 30 0nm左右。
A new borate compound La2 SrB10 O19 was synthesized in SrO La2 O3 B2 O3 system. The crystal structure of La2 SrB10 O19 is the same as La2 CaB10 O19. The powder doubling effect (SHG) of La2 SrB10 O19 is about twice as much as that of KH2 PO4 (KDP). The results of differential thermal analysis show that the compound is a non-syndiotactic fused compound with a melting temperature of about 983 ° C. The flux can be used for crystal growth. Reflectance spectroscopy studies show that the UV absorption edge of La2 SrB10 O19 is around 30 0 nm.
