新疆南部地区红枣种植模式以矮化密植为主,红枣收获仍采用人工捡拾,效率较低。基于伯努利原理,设计研制了一种气吸式红枣捡拾机械。以南疆枣园为试验点,对样机的性能和捡拾效率进行了试验。结果表明,吸管口的最佳风速为23 ms;平均捡拾效率182.8 kgh,是人工捡拾的5.2倍。
The planting pattern of jujube in southern Xinjiang is dominated by dwarfing and dense planting. The harvest of jujube is still picked up by hand and the efficiency is low. Based on Bernoulli’s principle, a gas-suction jujube picking machine was designed and developed. Taking the southern jujube garden as the test point, the performance and pick-up efficiency of the prototype were tested. The results showed that the optimal wind speed at the mouth of the pipette was 23 ms and the average pick-up efficiency was 182.8 kgh, which was 5.2 times higher than that of manual pick-up.
