目的:探讨蛹虫草子实体对慢性盆腔炎的药效学作用。方法:通过二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀模型观察蛹虫草子实体的抗炎作用;小鼠醋酸扭体反应观察外周镇痛作用;测量抑菌圈直径评价体外抑菌作用;最大给药量试验观察毒性反应。结果:蛹虫草子实体可以缓解小鼠耳肿胀程度,延长扭体潜伏期,减少扭体次数,抑制大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及链球菌生长,最大给药剂量下无明显毒性反应。结论:蛹虫草子实体对慢性盆腔炎具有良好的抗炎、镇痛、抑菌作用,且毒性很低。
Objective: To investigate the pharmacodynamic effects of Cordyceps militaris on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: The anti-inflammatory effect of Cordyceps militaris fruiting body was observed by xylene-induced mouse ear swelling model. Peripheral analgesia was observed by writhing reaction of acetic acid in mice. The inhibition zone diameter was measured to evaluate the antibacterial activity in vitro. To observe the toxicity. Results: Cordyceps militaris fruiting body could relieve ear swelling in mice, prolong writhing period, reduce writhing times, inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and streptococcus, and no significant toxicity at the maximum dosage. Conclusion: Cordyceps militaris has good anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial effects on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with low toxicity.
