目的　调查宁波市儿童乙肝疫苗接种率。方法　按组群抽样调查法。结果　现场调查常住儿童接种率＞９９％，且７０％以上儿童能在出生后５～７月龄时完成三针免疫；流动儿童乙肝疫苗接种率调查，本地户籍儿童为８６．０６％，外地户籍儿童为６０．４４％。结论　儿童乙肝疫苗免疫接种成功率为８６．７１％～８９．４２％。 Objective To investigate the vaccination rate of children’s hepatitis B in Ningbo. Methods Group sampling survey method. Results Field investigation showed that the vaccination rate of resident children was> 99%, and more than 70% of children were able to complete three doses of immunization at 5 ~ 7 months after birth. The coverage of hepatitis B vaccination in migrant children was 86.06% 60.44% of children. Conclusion The success rate of children immunized with hepatitis B vaccine is 86.71% ~ 89.42%.
