利用多功能微弧等离子喷涂设备在1Cr18Ni9钢基体上制备La2Zr2O、ZrO2热障涂层。研究了La2Zr2O7和ZrO2涂层在高温实验条件下的热震性能,并进行了比较。结果表明,在900℃室温水淬的实验条件下,La2Zr2O7热障涂层的热震性能较ZrO2涂层要好;在1000、1100℃下二者的热震性能相差不大。
La2Zr2O and ZrO2 thermal barrier coatings were prepared on 1Cr18Ni9 steel substrate by multi-function micro-arc plasma spraying equipment. The thermal shock behavior of La2Zr2O7 and ZrO2 coatings at high temperature was studied and compared. The results show that the thermal shock resistance of La2Zr2O7 thermal barrier coating is better than that of ZrO2 coating at room temperature under 900 ℃. The thermal shock resistance of La2Zr2O7 thermal barrier coating is similar at 1000 and 1100 ℃.
