锅炉热效率是表征锅炉经济运行的主要综合技术指标。锅炉在投产后,大修前后,以及燃烧设备、燃料品种有重大改变时,为了掌握锅炉的运行特性,确定最佳运行方式,考核检修和改进效果,都应该进行试验。试验中的主要测定项目都是围绕着确定锅炉热效率这一目的进行的。为了节约燃料,电站各台锅炉负荷的经济调度更是以每台锅炉当时的热效率为根据。因此,对锅炉效率测定已经提出了经常化和仪表化的要求。 锅炉热效率通过正平衡和反平衡两种方法进行测定。
Boiler thermal efficiency is a symbol of the boiler’s economic operation of the main comprehensive technical indicators. When the boiler is put into production, before and after the overhaul, as well as the major changes in the combustion equipment and fuel varieties, in order to grasp the operating characteristics of the boiler, to determine the best mode of operation, examination and maintenance and improvement, should be tested. The main test items in the experiment are all around the purpose of determining the thermal efficiency of the boiler. In order to save fuel, the economic dispatching of each boiler load of a power station is based on the thermal efficiency of each boiler at that time. Therefore, the requirements for the normalization and instrumentation of boiler efficiency measurements have been proposed. Boiler thermal efficiency is measured by both positive and negative balance methods.
