李斯特氏菌特别是单核细胞增生性李斯特氏菌,是一种人畜共患疾病的致病菌,可使人和动物患脑膜炎、败血症、流产等疾病,病死率达30~35%。该菌在自然界广泛存在,对多种食品均有不同程度的污染。近几年在一些国家和地区暴发了多起由单增李斯特氏菌引起的食物中毒,其中多数中毒食品与奶及奶制品有关。国外对李斯特氏菌的检测方法研究发展很快。从普通的生化鉴定和血清学检测已发展到应用ELISA方法、DNA探针及PCR技术等分子生物学检验方法,对李斯特氏菌引起的疾病也做了大量的流行病学调查。我国目前对李斯特氏菌的研究报道较少。鉴于以上情况,我们从1991年8月至1992年11月对我市不同地区不同季节的奶及奶制品
Listeria, especially Listeria monocytogenes, is a pathogen of zoonotic diseases that can cause meningitis, sepsis and miscarriage in humans and animals with a mortality rate of 30-35% .
