目的:探讨老年结直肠癌病人围手术期肠内营养(EN)的可行性及疗效。方法:回顾分析90例老年结直肠癌病人围手术期营养支持临床资料。EN组46例病人,术前给予EN支持,术后给予早期肠内营养(EEN)。肠外营养(PN)组44例,术前给予常规流质饮食,术后第1天开始给予PN支持。结果:EN组病人术后第8天前清蛋白和转铁蛋白水平高于PN组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。术后EN组肠功能恢复时间和术后住院时间少于PN组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症和肠道清洁度无显著性差异。结论:老年结直肠癌病人经围手术期营养支持治疗后,不仅能达到肠道准备要求,而且改善病人的营养状况,术后肠功能恢复快,住院时间短,安全可行。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of perioperative enteral nutrition (EN) in elderly patients with colorectal cancer. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 90 cases of elderly patients with colorectal cancer nutritional support clinical data. Forty-six patients in EN group were given EN support before operation and early enteral nutrition (EEN) after operation. Forty-four patients in PN group were given conventional liquid diet before operation, and PN support was given on the first day after operation. Results: The levels of albumin and transferrin in EN group were significantly higher than PN group on the 8th day after operation (P <0.05). The recovery time of intestinal function and postoperative hospital stay in EN group were less than those in PN group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Complications and intestinal cleanliness no significant difference. Conclusion: Perioperative nutritional support for elderly patients with colorectal cancer can not only meet the requirements of intestine preparation, but also improve the nutritional status of patients. The postoperative recovery of intestinal function is fast, the hospitalization time is short, and it is safe and feasible.
