社会主义市场经济体制的改革,以及市场竞争的激烈性,为企业的生存和发展,带来一定的影响。企业想要在激烈的市场竞争中取得发展,提高企业的市场竞争力,需要从企业的管理方法、人才储备方法等方面入手进行努力。当前市场的竞争,其实就是人才的竞争,人才强企业就强。为此企业在发展的过程中要加强职工的培训,提高企业市场竞争力。为此本文针对企业职工教育培训机制的创新,以及相关的内容进行分析研究。
