作者对100例鼻咽癌活检组织及19例鼻咽部增生组织中,出现中期分裂相的41例及10例的染色体组成变化特点进行了研究。发现在鼻咽部活检组织染色体中出现高异倍体,特别是染色体数目≥60的高异倍体;在出现巨大亚中部着丝点染色体(巨A)等三种标记染色体时,可能对鼻咽癌的诊断及早期发现有一定参考价值。
The authors studied the chromosomal composition of 100 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma biopsies and 19 cases of nasopharyngeal hyperplasia in 41 cases and 10 cases of metaphases. It was found that high heteroploidy appeared in chromosomes of nasopharyngeal biopsy tissue, especially high heteroploids with chromosome number ≥ 60; when there were three kinds of marker chromosomes such as giant sub-metacentric centromere chromosome (macro A), it might be The diagnosis and early detection of pharynx cancer have certain reference value.
