设计制作了多面空心球体隔尘帘、多孔旋转球型悬浮填料模型隔尘帘和混合型隔尘帘3种隔尘装置。并对3种隔尘帘加入黏尘剂进行现场试验:混合型隔尘帘效果较好,平均隔尘效率为44.05%,经第4道隔尘帘后呼吸性粉尘浓度降为12.71 mg/m3,风速在1.61 m/s左右,满足最优排尘风速要求;通过计算单个球体载液量及单位时间黏结剂溶液的减少量,结合现场实测,确定混合型隔尘帘的清洗周期为40 h。
Design and manufacture of multi-faceted hollow ball dust curtain, porous rotating ball-type suspension filler model dust curtains and hybrid three kinds of dust-screening device. The three kinds of dustproof curtains were added with dust-sticking agent for on-the-spot test. The mixed type dustproof curtain was better, the average dustproof efficiency was 44.05%, and the concentration of respirable dust after the fourth dustproof curtain was reduced to 12.71 mg / m3 , The wind speed is about 1.61 m / s, which meets the requirements of optimal dust removal wind speed. By calculating the volume of single ball carrier and the amount of binder solution per unit time, combined with the field measurement, the cleaning cycle of hybrid dust curtain is 40 h .
