对影响烟草代谢物提取的4个关键因素(溶剂、提取方式、提取时间、提取温度)在3个水平上进行了正交设计,确立了最佳提取方法;对色谱和质谱部分的实验条件进行优化,建立了基于超高压液相色谱-四级杆串联飞行时间质谱(UHPLC-Q-TOF/MS)平台的烟草代谢组学分析方法。方法可检测到2445个色谱峰,提取及分析的重现性较好。
The four key factors influencing the extraction of tobacco metabolites (solvent, extraction method, extraction time, extraction temperature) were orthogonal design at three levels, and the best extraction method was established.
