目的探索品管圈活动对提高无陪护科室护理质量的作用。方法成立双品管圈小组，通过确定质量主题任务、分析护理质量缺陷、设定目标值、提出改进对策和改进对策的实施、监督及评价等各项品管圈活动，不断提高科室护理质量。结果实施前后比较，基础护理合格率、危重与一级患者护理合格率、健康教育合格率、护理文件书写合格率和专科护理合格率呈上升趋势。结论品管圈活动能有效提高无陪护科室护理质量及护理人员综合素质。“,”Objective To explore the improvement of QCC activities on nursing quality towards wards without family or paid caregiver. Methods The establishment of double QCC group, by determining the theme task ,the defects of nursing quality, target value, and put forward the improvement countermeasures and measures of supervision and evaluation of the QCC, constantly improve the quality of nursing. Results Carry out before or after, the basic nursing eligible rate, the critically-ill patient nursing eligible rate, the health education eligible rate, the nursing document writing eligible rate and the specific nursing rate were on the rise. Conclusion The QCC activities can effectively improve quality of nursing, as well as nurses diathesis in the wards without family or paid caregiver.
