论文研究针对改性沥青混合料采用的2种改性技术——混合料的改性技术和沥青的改性技术,分别选用代表性的改性剂(PS、SBS),以AC-13C基质沥青混合料为参照,比较研究了2种改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳性等路用性能,从而进一步认识了2种改性技术对沥青混合料路用性能的影响。研究结果表明,就改性沥青混合料的路用综合性能而言,混合料的改性技术优于沥青的改性技术,尤其是PS复合改性剂,性能优良且工艺简单、操作方便,对于交通量大、气候恶劣、等级高、长大纵坡多的公路更具有实用价值。
In this paper, two kinds of modification techniques for modified asphalt mixture, that is, the modification technology of mixture and the modification technology of asphalt, are studied. Representative modifiers (PS, SBS), AC-13C Mixture as reference, comparatively studied the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, water stability and other road performance of the two kinds of modified asphalt mixture, so as to further understand the effect of two kinds of modification technologies on road performance of asphalt mixture influences. The results show that, in terms of comprehensive performance of modified asphalt mixture, the modified technology of mixture is better than that of asphalt, especially PS composite modifier, which has excellent performance and simple process, Large traffic, poor weather, high grade, grow more longitudinal highway more practical value.
