目的评价Allegretto波前像差仪测量角膜屈光手术前,不同光照度下瞳孔直径的准确性和可行性。方法采用Allegretto波前像差仪对100例(200眼)拟行准分子激光角膜屈光手术的近视眼进行不同光照度下的瞳孔直径测量并与瞳孔尺比较。结果0.5 lux、1.5 lux、6.5 lux光照度下波前像差仪测得的瞳孔直径分别为:(7.42±0.92)mm;(6.87±0.82)mm;(6.05±0.75)mm,3组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。0.5 lux光照度下瞳孔直径范围:5.12~9.87 mm,变化范围极大且有40眼(20%)大于8 mm,5眼(2.5%)大于9 mm。在1.5 lux光照度下,波前像差仪所测的瞳孔直径与瞳孔尺所测的瞳孔直径无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论Allegretto波前像差仪能测量不同光照度下瞳孔直径,且能测定0.5 lux暗光下的瞳孔直径。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy and feasibility of Allegretto wavefront aberrometer before and after corneal refractive surgery for different pupil diameters. Methods Allegretto wavefront aberrometer was used to measure the pupil diameter of 100 myopic eyes of 100 patients (200 eyes) who underwent excimer laser corneal refractive surgery and compared with pupil size. Results The pupil diameters measured by wavefront aberrometer at 0.5 lux, 1.5 lux and 6.5 lux were (7.42 ± 0.92) mm, (6.87 ± 0.82) mm and (6.05 ± 0.75) mm, respectively Significance (P <0.01). The pupil diameter ranged from 5.12 to 9.87 mm at a 0.5 lux illumination, with a wide range of variability and 40 (20%) over 8 mm and 5 (2.5%) over 9 mm. Under the illumination of 1.5 lux, the diameter of the pupil measured by the wavefront aberrometer was not significantly different from that measured by the pupil size (P> 0.05). Conclusion Allegretto wavefront aberrometers can measure pupil diameter at different illuminances and measure pupil diameter at low light of 0.5 lux.
