[目的]分离纯化山东省野生枸杞多糖(Lycium barbarum Polysaccharide,LBP),并对其组分进行分析。[方法]用水提法从枸杞中提取分离枸杞多糖,用DEAE纤维素柱和SephadeexG-100柱进行纯化,用苯酚-硫酸法测定活性多糖的含量,用红外光谱分析其组分。[结果]测得山东野生枸杞中枸杞多糖的含量为12.56%。LBP含有4种组分LBP-Ⅰ、LBP-Ⅱ、LBP-Ⅲ和LBP-Ⅳ。[结论]该研究可为今后更深入地研究枸杞多糖的结构特征和活性功能等提供依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to isolate and purify Lycium barbarum Polysaccharide (LBP) in Shandong Province and analyze its components. [Method] Lycium barbarum polysaccharides were extracted from Lycium barbarum L. by water extraction and purified by DEAE cellulose column and Sephadex G-100 column. The content of active polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method, and its composition was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. [Result] The content of LBP in Shandong wild goji was 12.56%. LBP contains four components LBP-Ⅰ, LBP-Ⅱ, LBP-Ⅲ and LBP-Ⅳ. [Conclusion] This study may provide the basis for further study on the structure and activity of LBP in the future.
