目的建立水果中18种农药残留的QuEChERS-气相色谱串联质谱测定方法。方法样品经丙酮提取,提取液经QuEChERS方法净化,引入分析保护剂,采用HP-5MS色谱柱(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm)进行分离、串联质谱法检测,外标基质法定量。结果 18种农药在线性范围内相关系数均大于0.99。方法检出限为0.003mg/kg~0.013 mg/kg,方法定量限为0.010mg/kg~0.043 mg/kg,加标回收率为75.2%~112%,相对标准偏差为5.3%~14.6%。结论本方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于水果中18种农药残留的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 18 pesticide residues in fruits by QuEChERS-GC / MS. Methods The samples were extracted with acetone. The extracts were purified by QuEChERS method. The protective agents were introduced and separated by HP-5MS column (30m × 0.25mm, 0.25μm). The tandem mass spectrometry and external standard method were used for quantification. Results 18 kinds of pesticides in the linear range of correlation coefficient greater than 0.99. The detection limit was 0.003 mg / kg ~ 0.013 mg / kg. The limit of quantification was 0.010 mg / kg ~ 0.043 mg / kg. The recoveries were 75.2% ~ 112% with relative standard deviations of 5.3% ~ 14.6%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate and suitable for the determination of 18 kinds of pesticide residues in fruits.
