以异烟肼和硫酸亚铁为原料,在二甲基亚砜(DMSO)溶液中合成了一种新型的Fe(Ⅱ)配合物.该配合物的晶体结构通过单晶体X-射线衍射分析、红外光谱、热重分析进行了表征.晶体属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群.晶胞参数:a=1.26047(12)nm,b=2.5607(2)nm,c=1.20134(10)nm,β=92.781(5)°,V=3.8730(6)nm3,Z=4,μ(MoKα)=0.932 mm-1,F(000)=1808.0,R1=0.0677,wR2=0.2575[I>2σ(Ⅰ)].每个Fe(Ⅱ)原子分别位于一变形的配位八面体中心.两个Fe(Ⅱ)原子通过两个SO24-桥连,形成双核结构,每个八面体的剩余4个配位点分别与两个异烟肼的端基N原子和羰基O原子配位.
A novel Fe (Ⅱ) complex was synthesized from isoniazid and ferrous sulfate in dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) solution.The crystal structure of the complex was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, infrared The results show that the crystal belongs to the monoclinic space group P21 / c with a = 1.26047 (12) nm and b = 2.5607 (2) nm and c = 1.20134 (10) nm, (I = 2) (I = 2) (I), β = 92.781 (5) °, V = 3.8730 (6) nm3, Z = 4 and μ (MoKα) = 0.932 mm -1, F (000) = 1808.0, R1 = )].
