土地利用变化对海南热带土壤球囊霉素的影响

为海南热带土壤资源的合理利用提供依据,采用20 mmol/L的热柠檬酸钠(121℃)提取海南白沙次生林、水田以及橡胶林剖面(0~50 cm)土壤中球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白质含量,用Bradford染色法进行测定,研究了土地利用变化对海南热带土壤球囊霉素的影响。结果表明:海南次生林、水田以及橡胶林土壤中球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白质含量相对较低,0~10 cm土层中球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白质含量最高,为3.43~4.78 mg/g;20~50 cm土层中球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白质含量最低,为1.5~2.36 mg/g。海南次生林、水田和橡胶林0~20 cm土壤中球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白质含量分别显著高于相同利用方式20~50 cm土壤层次中球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白质含量。土地利用方式由次生林转变为水田和橡胶林对0~20 cm土壤层中球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白质含量没有影响,使得20~50 cm土壤中球囊霉素相关土壤蛋白质含量显著降低。 In order to provide the basis for the rational utilization of tropical soil resources in Hainan, 20 mmol / L hot sodium citrate (121 ℃) was used to extract geoglobulin-related soil proteins from Paksha secondary forest, paddy field and rubbery forest (0-50 cm) Content, using Bradford staining method to study the effects of land use changes on tropical gingivalis in Hainan. The content of gemcitabine-related soil protein in 0-20 cm soil of secondary forest, paddy field and rubber plantation in Hainan was significantly higher than that of the soil with 20-50 cm soil layer. The change of land use pattern from secondary forest to paddy field and rubber plantation had no effect on the content of gemcitabine-related soil protein in 0-20 cm layer, and the content of gemcitabine-related soil protein in 20-50 cm soil layer was significantly decreased.
