为制备Pt(NH_3)_2A型络合物(A=氨基酸),研究了二氯蛋氨酸合铂(Ⅱ)与氨的反应及顺二氨合二水合铂(Ⅱ)与半胱氨酸和与谷胱甘肽的反应.反应产物的元素分析、红外光谱及~(13)C核磁共振谱结果提示蛋氨酸络合物为[Pt(NH_3)_2(C_5H_(10)NO_2S)]Cl(可能S,O配位),半胱氨酸络合物为[Pt(NH_3)(H_2O)(C_3H_5NO_2S)](可能(S,O配位).由谷胱甘肽得到一相当于二氨合一水合谷胱甘肽合铂(Ⅱ),其中谷胱甘肽经硫以单齿配体形式与铂结合.这一化合物也可缓慢地与水发生配体交换形成一氨合物.谷胱甘肽络合物对S180(雌性小鼠)有抑制作用.
