采用溶液聚合法,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,将氢氧化钠部分中和的丙烯酸单体与蚕丝接枝,以制得性能优异的高吸水树脂。为了提高吸液倍率,进行了各种不同条件的研究。考察了引发剂、交联剂、蚕丝的用量等因素对产物吸水倍率的影响,对接枝前后树脂的吸水速率进行了比较。试验结果表明,接枝共聚产物的吸水倍率、保水能力等各项性能均较好。

The effects of initiator, crosslinking agent and silk dosage on the water uptake rate of the product were investigated. The water absorption rate of the resin before and after grafting was compared. The test results show that the graft copolymer product of water absorption capacity, water retention capacity and other properties are better.
