高炉的现代化生产工艺在不断变化,除了改善原料质量外,还采用一些新工艺,例如,提高炉顶煤气压力,喷入代用燃料,提高吹入空气中的氧含量,等等。这些实际情况显著地影响了高炉炉内热量的传递过程及炉料和煤气运动等。高炉内下降的炉料与上升的煤气相互作用的特点均与高炉炉型有关。高炉炉型合适与否,直接影响生产技术经济指标及各种新技术应用的效果。 The modern production process of the blast furnace is constantly changing. In addition to improving the quality of the raw materials, new techniques are also used, such as increasing the pressure of the top gas, injecting alternative fuels, increasing the oxygen content of the air blown into the air, and the like. These actual conditions have significantly affected the heat transfer process and the charge and gas movement in the blast furnace. The characteristics of the interaction between the falling furnace charge and the ascending gas in the blast furnace are related to the blast furnace type. Blast furnace type right or not, a direct impact on economic and technical indicators of production and the effect of various new technologies.
