对基质辅助激光解吸与离子化时间飞行质谱的发展历程和基本原理作了简要介绍,对这一分析技术在高分子研究中的应用进行了全面的综述和展望.文中表明,MALDI-TOF-MS能快速准确地测定窄分布高分子的分子量,可测分子量达1500000,所得平均分子量值及分子量分布指数与GPC等常规方法相符;能用于高分子末端基的检测,从而推断聚合反应机理;也能用于共聚反应与共聚物结构的分析;另外,还能从分子量分布得到自由基聚合反应的链增长常数等.
The development history and basic principle of matrix-assisted laser desorption and ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry are briefly introduced, and the application of this analytical technique in polymer research is comprehensively reviewed and prospected.In this paper, MALDI-TOF-MS Can quickly and accurately determine the molecular weight of narrow distribution of the polymer, measurable molecular weight of 1500000, the resulting average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution index consistent with conventional methods such as GPC; can be used for the detection of polymer terminal groups, to infer the polymerization reaction mechanism; also It can be used for the analysis of copolymerization and copolymer structure. In addition, the chain growth constants of radical polymerization can be obtained from the molecular weight distribution.
