针对安徽某铁矿充填料浆输送的技术参数和应用问题,为了使充填料浆能够达到自流稳定的状态,对该充填料浆进行了流变特性试验研究。根据尾砂的粒级组成、充填强度要求,实验室设计了不同浓度、配比的料浆样本,进行了料浆扩散度试验、坍落度试验、流变试验,得到不同条件下的扩散度、坍落度和剪切应力、剪切率。实验结果表明,高砂灰比、高浓度适宜于料浆稳定自流,输送的上限浓度为74%,因此选择浓度74%、砂灰比8为矿山充填的最优参数。
Aiming at the technical parameters and application problems of a certain iron ore filling slurry in Anhui Province, in order to make the filling slurry reach the state of self-flow stability, the rheological properties of the filling slurry were tested. According to the particle size composition and filling strength requirements of tailings, the laboratory designed different concentrations of slurry samples, the slurry diffusion test, slump test, rheological test to obtain the diffusion under different conditions , Slump and shear stress, shear rate. The experimental results show that high sand-ash ratio and high concentration are suitable for the stable gravity flow of slurry. The upper limit of concentration is 74%. Therefore, the optimal concentration of 74% and the ratio of grit to gully 8 is the optimal parameter for mine filling.
