本试验对50多个名贵月季品种进行了试管繁殖试验。在几种基本培养基(MS、Wpm、B5等)上均可成功。但以MS较好。芽增殖培养基为 MS+BA1~2+NAA_(0.01~0.)~1。不同品种月季在同一分化培养基上,其繁殖系数有较大差异。用液体培养基培养月季小芽其增殖速度比固体快,且小苗生长粗壮,但其培养方法有待进一步完善。 诱导根原基的培养基为MS+NAA_(0.5)或 MS+IBA_(1.0)。具有根原基的试管苗移栽成活率高,移栽速度快,可脱离培养基远距离运输,故用具有根原基试管苗比用根系已长出的试管苗有较大的优越性。
The test of more than 50 rare rose varieties in vitro test tube. In several basic media (MS, Wpm, B5, etc.) can be successful. But to MS is better. Plantlets with root primordia have the advantages of high transplanting rate, fast transplanting and long-distance transportation from culture medium. Therefore, it is more advantageous to use test-tube seedlings with root primordia than those with roots.
