目的 :探讨超声乳化术对虹膜微循环的影响。方法 :通过激光扫描检眼镜 (SLO)观察不同类型的白内障在超声乳化术前及术后虹膜微循环的变化 ,并依此作为评价虹膜微循环损伤的指标 ;分析手术后晶体前膜的形成与虹膜微循环损伤程度、白内障类型及植入人工晶体类型的关系。结果 :(1)硬核的超声乳化虹膜微循环损伤较白内障囊外摘除重 ;(2 )不同类型的白内障虹膜微循环损伤程度不同 ;(3)人工晶体前膜的形成与血房水屏障的损伤度、白内障类型及人工晶体类型有关。结论 :(1)超声乳化对虹膜微循环的损伤与诸多因素有关 ;(2 )糖尿病、虹膜炎、青光眼是虹膜微循环损伤的高危因素。
Objective: To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification on iris microcirculation. Methods: The changes of iris microcirculation before and after phacoemulsification were observed by laser scanning ophthalmoscope (SLO), and used to evaluate the microcirculation damage of iris. The formation of The degree of iris microcirculation damage, the type of cataract and the type of implanted intraocular lens. Results: (1) The microcirculation damage of phacoemulsification was more severe than that of extracapsular cataract. (2) The microcirculation damage of different types of cataract was different. (3) Injury, cataract type and type of intraocular lens. Conclusion: (1) The damage of phacoemulsification to iris microcirculation is related to many factors. (2) Diabetes mellitus, iritis and glaucoma are the risk factors of microcirculation damage in iris.
