以1,1’一联萘-2,2’-二胺为手性源合成了6种光学活性铜配合物,考察了它们对1,1-二苯乙烯的不对称环丙烷化反应的光学诱导活性.结果表明,以旋光活性联萘胺和吡啶-2-甲醛缩合而得到的Schiff碱为配体的铜配合物的催化效果最佳,光学产率达36.5%.
Six kinds of optically active copper complexes were synthesized by using 1,1’-binaphthyl-2,2’-diamine as a chiral source. Their optical properties on asymmetric cyclopropanation of 1,1-stilbene Induced activity. The results show that the Schiff base obtained by the condensation of optically active binaphthyl amine and pyridine-2-carbaldehyde has the best catalytic activity with the copper complex of the ligand with an optical yield of 36.5%.
