【目的】开发双孢蘑菇培养料简易通气增氧发酵技术,以提高双孢蘑菇小规模农法栽培培养料发酵水平,为双孢蘑菇增产增效提供技术支撑。【方法】采用简易通气发酵装备,辅之以全覆盖双层塑料膜,对双孢蘑菇培养料进行发酵处理,检测和分析培养料发酵效果。【结果】简易通气增氧发酵技术缩小了料堆厌氧区面积,提高了料堆保温保湿性,促进了放线菌生长,保障了发酵的均一性和稳定性,提高了培养料发酵效果,与常规方法相比可以缩短发酵时间3~5 d,放线菌层面积提高60.19%。【结论】简易通气增氧发酵技术操作简便、成本低廉,并有效提高了双孢蘑菇培养料发酵质量和效率,适宜双孢蘑菇小规模农法栽培,具有很好的应用潜力。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to develop simple aeration and aerobic fermentation technology of Agaricus bisporus culture material in order to improve the fermentation level of Agaricus bisporus small-scale agro-culture material and provide technical support for Agaricus bisporus to increase yield and improve efficiency. 【Method】 A simple aeration fermentation equipment was used, supplemented by a double-layer plastic film with full coverage. The fermentation of Agaricus bisporus culture material was carried out, and the fermentation effect of culture material was detected and analyzed. 【Result】 The simple aeration and aerobic fermentation technology reduced the area of anaerobic reactor, increased the temperature and moisture retention of the reactor, promoted the growth of actinomycetes, ensured the uniformity and stability of the fermentation, improved the fermentation effect of the culture medium, Compared with the conventional method, the fermentation time can be shortened by 3-5 days, and the area of actinomycetes increased by 60.19%. 【Conclusion】 The simple aeration and aerobic fermentation technology is simple and easy to operate with low cost, and effectively improves the fermentation quality and efficiency of Agaricus bisporus culture material. It is suitable for small-scale Agronomy culture of Agaricus bisporus and has good potential for application.
