本文针对荀子《劝学》当中“学不可以已”中“已”字传统解释为“停止”存在的缺陷,联系荀子《劝学》的原文,提出自己的解释,并联系先秦诸家著作当中所出现的“不可以已”证明自己的解释,期待能够更好的把握作者的写作意图。同时依据自己对自己的解释,指出当代中学语文教材在编选《劝学》当中存在的问题。
This article addresses the flaws in the traditional interpretation of “stopping” where Xunzi’s “Exhortation” hasn’t already been used in the “Study of Learning”, and contacts the original text of Xunzi’s “Exhortation” and proposes his explanation. Contacting the works of the pre-Qin writings can’t be proof of their own interpretation, and we hope that we can better grasp the author’s writing intentions. At the same time, based on his interpretation of himself, he pointed out the problems existing in the compilation of “Persuative Learning” in contemporary Chinese language teaching materials.
