征兵宣传工作是做好征兵工作的首要环节,是做好征兵工作的前提和基础,是激发适龄青年踊跃应征的有效手段,是确保圆满完成征兵工作的重要前提和保障。从2013年开始,国家调整征兵时间,由以往的冬季征兵转变为夏秋征兵,比往年提前了整整3个月。征兵时间提前益处多多,但宣传工作时间更紧迫、任务更艰巨、要求也更高。在新形势下,必须要对征兵宣传工作当中出现的问题进行好好地分析,以便更好地对征兵宣传工作进行改善和创新,以适应时代的发展。本文在查阅大量期刊杂志、文献资料的基础上,结合现有的国情、军情、民情,对征兵宣传工作面临的困境进行分析、研究,力图提出解决对策。
Recruiting propaganda work is the primary link of conscription work and the precondition and foundation of conscription work. It is also an effective means of stimulating active recruitment of young people at the age and is an important precondition and guarantee to ensure the successful completion of conscription work. Since 2013, the state has adjusted the recruitment time from the previous winter conscription to summer conscription, three months earlier than usual. Recruitment time a lot of benefits in advance, but more urgent publicity work, the task more difficult, the requirements are higher. Under the new situation, we must make a good analysis of the problems emerging in the work of recruiting conscription so as to better improve and innovate the conscription propaganda work so as to adapt to the development of the times. On the basis of consulting a large number of periodicals, magazines and literature, combined with the existing national conditions, military conditions and sentiments, this paper analyzes and studies the predicament of conscription propaganda work and attempts to put forward countermeasures.
