目的 :观察狼疮颗粒的免疫抑制作用和抗炎镇痛作用。方法 :采用诱发家兔Arthus反应模型 ,观察狼疮颗粒的抗Ⅲ型变态反应的作用 ;刀豆球蛋白A(ConA)或脂多糖 (LPS)分别刺激脾T 淋巴细胞或B 淋巴细胞转化 ,观察狼疮颗粒的对小鼠脾T ,B 淋巴细胞转化功能的影响 ;采用诱发小鼠皮肤迟发超敏反应模型 ,观察狼疮颗粒的抗Ⅳ型超敏反应的作用 ;采用大鼠足肿胀法和二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法研究狼疮颗粒的抗炎作用 ,热板法和扭体法研究狼疮颗粒的镇痛作用。结果 :狼疮颗粒可抑制家兔Arthus反应 ,并显示量效关系 ;对小鼠T 及B 淋巴细胞转化功能具有明显抑制作用 ,尤以对B 淋巴细胞的抑制作用更强 ;对DNCB所致小鼠皮肤迟发型超敏反应具有显著抑制作用。狼疮颗粒对大鼠足趾肿胀、小鼠耳肿胀具有明显抑制作用 ;能明显延长小鼠痛阈值。结论 :狼疮颗粒具有较明显的免疫抑制作用和抗炎镇痛作用。
Objective: To observe the immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of lupus granules. METHODS: The arthus response model induced in rabbits was used to observe the anti-type III allergic effects of lupus granules. Concanavalin A (ConA) or lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulated the conversion of spleen T lymphocytes or B lymphocytes, respectively, and lupus was observed. Effect of granules on the transformation function of spleen T and B lymphocytes in mice; using a model of delayed skin hypersensitivity induced by mouse to observe the effect of lupus granules on type IV hypersensitivity; rat paw engorgement and xylene To investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of lupus granules induced by ear swelling in mice, and to study the analgesic effect of lupus granules by hot plate and writhing. RESULTS: Lupus granules inhibited the arthus reaction in rabbits and showed a dose-effect relationship. They had significant inhibitory effects on the transformation function of mouse T and B lymphocytes, especially the inhibition of B lymphocytes; the mice caused by DNCB Skin delayed type hypersensitivity has a significant inhibitory effect. Lupus granules significantly inhibited the swelling of the rat’s toe and the swelling of the mouse ear, and significantly extended the pain threshold in mice. Conclusion: Lupus granules have obvious immunosuppressive effects and anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
