在等温变形条件下 ,研究了形变热处理对 Ti- 10 2 3合金显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明 :形变热处理对 Ti- 10 2 3合金组织细化及室温强度的提高有一定的作用 ,但这种作用较小。此作用较小的原因与近 β型 Ti- 10 2 3合金水冷时细针状马氏体 α〃析出倾向小及等温变形时位错等晶体缺陷密度较低有关。
Under isothermal deformation conditions, the effect of deformation heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-1023 alloy was studied. The results show that the deformation heat treatment has a certain effect on the grain refinement of Ti-1023 alloy and the improvement of room temperature strength, but this effect is small. The reason for the smaller effect is related to the small precipitation tendency of the fine needle-like martensite α "when the β-type Ti-10 2 3 alloy is cooled by water and the low density of crystal defects such as dislocation during isothermal deformation.
