近年来,石墨炉原子吸收法出现了L'vov平台,基体改进,石墨管改进等行之有效的技术。文献报道了基体改进剂结合平台技术测定鱼和牡蛎等食物中的铅,取得了满意的结果。但这一技术用于油样测定尚未见报道。本文采用磷酸氢二铵作基体改进剂,使灰化温度提高到900℃,使大量有机物在此温度下除去,残余的背景吸收用氕灯校正。使用石墨平台技术,有效地消除了基体干扰。建立了不用化学预处理,用校正曲线直接测定油中铅的简便方法。
In recent years, graphite furnace atomic absorption method has emerged L’vov platform, matrix improvement, such as graphite tube to improve the effective technology. Literature reported the matrix modifier combined with platform technology for the determination of lead in fish and oysters and other foods, and achieved satisfactory results. However, this technique has not been reported for the determination of oil samples. In this paper, diammonium phosphate as a matrix modifier, the ashing temperature increased to 900 ℃, so that a large number of organic matter removed at this temperature, the residual background absorption correction with lanterns. The use of graphite platform technology, effectively eliminating the matrix interference. A simple method of direct determination of lead in oil without calibration by chemical pretreatment was established.
