铜合金复合钢一直被用于容器和其它装置,如热交换器,冷凝器,蒸发器以及粒子加速器等。Cu 90—Ni 10合金复合钢常用于海水蒸发器。本文阐述了用Ni做夹层的热轧复合钢的成形性和可焊性的试验结果,通过试验获得的结果如下;①复合钢经高温加热和剧烈地变形之后金属复层仍具有高的结合强度;②采用钨极隋性气体保护焊焊接时,不管是否使用铝青铜或蒙乃尔合金过渡层,弯曲试验不产生裂纹;③在铜上堆焊铜合金时,除蒙乃尔外,都能观察到如马修斯和薩维奇所报导的两种晶界的渗透;④为了制备焊接坡口,常常要剥去复层和在基体金属上开槽,但是,若开槽深度小于基体金属厚度的10%,则不降低接头强度。
