上海市普陀区在保障和改善民生、加强和创新社会管理的过程中,发现有一些新问题亟待解决:一是上班族由于工作时间与居委会办公时间重叠,导致他们不方便办理社区事务;二是社区工作者与居民的沟通渠道比较少,导致社区工作的知晓率偏低,也难以准确获悉居民的想法;三是开展群众工作的方法比较传统,导致社区共建自治的参与面不够广泛。针对这些问题,普陀区借助新媒体,积极拓宽社区工作者与居民群众特别是中青年群体的沟通渠 Putuo District of Shanghai City, in the process of protecting and improving people’s livelihood, strengthening and innovating social management, found that some new problems were in urgent need of solution: First, because office workers overlapped their working hours with the residents’ office hours, they were inconvenient to handle community affairs; second, Community workers have fewer channels of communication with residents, leading to low awareness of community work and difficult to accurately understand residents’ ideas. Third, the method of carrying out mass work is more traditional, leading to a lack of participation in building community autonomy. In response to these problems, Putuo District, through new media, has actively expanded the channels of communication between community workers and residents, especially middle-aged and young people
