利用蔗糖密度梯度离心法制备小麦根质膜微囊,研究结果表明:郑引1号小麦根质膜H+ATPase潜在活性为24%,内翻外型质膜囊泡占76%。-10MPaPEG胁迫处理24h,两种定向的小麦根质膜Ca2+ATPase活性均增加,正常水分条件下和PEG胁迫处理后,EGTA对该酶活性抑制率分别为62%和53%,内翻外型质膜微囊对放射性核素45Ca2+的转运量分别为2209nmol/mgpro和417nmol/mgpro,PEG胁迫处理后,小麦根质膜微囊45Ca2+转运量下降了81%。
The sucrose density gradient centrifugation was used to prepare wheat root plasma membrane microcapsules.
