目的研究解除桃儿七种子休眠的方法及其内源激素水平变化的规律。方法以低温沙藏处理的桃儿七种子为材料,利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定低温层积过程中植物内源激素吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GA)以及脱落酸(ABA)含量的变化与种子萌发率的关系。结果低温沙藏处理3个月可有效打破桃儿七种子休眠,随着层积时间的增加,GA、IAA含量显著升高,ABA含量显著下降,GA/ABA和GA/ABA+IAA比值增大。结论内源激素IAA、ABA和GA在桃儿七种子休眠与萌发过程中起着重要的调节作用。
Objective To study the method of relieving dormancy of seven seeds in Peach and to study the regulation of endogenous hormones. Methods Seven seeds of Taoyuan from the low temperature sand bank were used as materials. The contents of endogenous hormones IAA, GA and ABA in cold stratification were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) ABA) content and seed germination rate. Results After three months’ treatment, the dormancy of peach seven seeds could be effectively ruptured. With the increase of stratification time, the content of GA and IAA increased significantly, the content of ABA decreased significantly and the ratio of GA / ABA and GA / ABA + IAA increased . Conclusion The endogenous hormones IAA, ABA and GA play an important role in the dormancy and germination of the seeds of the peach.
