为更好地实时检测动车轮对的技术状态、基本尺寸变化,保证高速动车的运行安全,提出了一整套动态检测方案。采用光截图像测量技术实现对车轮外形轮廓和轮对关键尺寸的非接触动态检测;利用超声表面波的脉冲反射原理进行轮对缺陷检测;通过测量车轮一周的轮缘高度变化,实现对踏面擦伤及车轮不圆度的测量。通过上述检测能全方位反映轮对的实际状态,保证运行的安全,同时检测系统能与其他分析和指挥系统有良好的数据传输与共享功能。
