山西省煤炭资源整合、煤炭企业兼并重组自2009年实施以来,受到社会各界的广泛关注。通过对整合以来辖内主要银行业机构涉煤信贷资产的跟踪调查,本文分析了涉煤信贷的规模、质量、结构方面出现的变化,揭示了整合重组这一政策性因素对煤炭行业存量资产以及煤炭信贷市场未来走向的影响,并据此提出应对和引导建议。 Shanxi Province, the integration of coal resources, mergers and acquisitions coal enterprises since its implementation in 2009, has been widespread concern in the community.
