随着电子信息技术在我国的飞速发展,更加优化了电子政务在政府管理中的应用和服务功能,优化政府组织和工作流程,超越时间和空间的限制,构建精益部门分离、高效、诚实、公平的政府运作平台。在电子政务发展方面,衡水市政府不断增加投资力度,持续集成的电子政务发展资源,有效地改善了地方政府的工作环境,提高了工作效率,形成了政府办公的简约化形式。本文主要探讨衡水市地方政府电子政务发展中存在的问题及解决措施。

In terms of the development of e-government, the Hengshui municipal government has continuously increased its investment and continuously integrated resources for the development of e-government, effectively improving the working environment of local governments and enhancing work efficiency, thus forming a simplified form of government office. This article mainly discusses the problems existing in the development of E-government of local government in Hengshui City and their solutions.
