Investigate a refinery exposed to low concentrations of benzene (toluene, toluene and xylene) workers immune status. It was found that the white blood cell count and the percentage of lymphocytes in peripheral blood of workers were all in the normal range under low-benzene-mixed-benzene working environment, but the percentage of phagocytic leucocytes and the positive rate of ANAE were significantly decreased. There is no time-effect relationship between the time of exposure to low concentrations of benzene and the extent of changes in immune function. We think these two indicators can be used as a sensitive indicator to detect early changes in immune function in workers exposed to low concentrations of benzene.
