采用气相色谱-质谱联用法建立了固体运动饮料中肌醇含量的检测方法。样品用超纯水溶解,无水乙醇定容,超声萃取,离心后取上清液加无水乙醇经减压蒸馏至干,加入硅烷试剂衍生后加超纯水溶解,以正己烷作为萃取剂,萃取液用DB-5ms色谱柱进行分离,提取特征离子73定量,特征离子147,217和305定性,外标法定量。柱温为190℃,进样口温度为250℃,氮气流速为1.0 mL/min。肌醇在0.5~200 mg/L范围内成线性关系,检出限为0.1 mg/L,相关系数(r)>0.99,平均回收率在90.88%~95.63%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.44%~3.15%。该方法前处理操作简便,样品分离效果好,成本低,回收率高,重现性好,适用于固体运动饮料中肌醇含量的检测。
Gas chromatography - mass spectrometry was used to establish a method for the determination of inositol content in solid sports drinks. Samples were dissolved in ultrapure water, ethanol volume, ultrasonic extraction, centrifuged after the supernatant plus absolute ethanol was distilled under reduced pressure to dryness, silane derivative was added after the addition of ultrapure water dissolved in n-hexane as an extractant The extract was separated on a DB-5ms column, and the amount of the characteristic ion 73 was extracted. The characteristic ions 147, 217 and 305 were characterized and quantified by external standard method. The column temperature was 190 ° C, the inlet temperature was 250 ° C and the nitrogen flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. The linear range was 0.5-200 mg / L. The detection limit was 0.1 mg / L and the correlation coefficient (r)> 0.99. The average recoveries ranged from 90.88% to 95.63%. The relative standard deviations (n = 6) 1.44% ~ 3.15%. The pretreatment of the method is simple, the sample separation effect is good, the cost is low, the recovery rate is high, and the reproducibility is good.
