西方的制度理论对社会以及经济等的发展产生了极大的影响,好的制度可以促进组织与活动的高效。高职课堂教学的质量是当前高职院校发展的一条生命线,而良好的课堂秩序或课堂纪律是课堂教学质量的必要前提。如何进行有效的课堂管理成了高职院校教师的重要课题。制度理论,尤其是非正式制度对高职院校课堂教学管理机制的建立具有启示意义。通过课堂中非正式制度的构建,高职院校教师不断地提升课堂教学质量。
The western institutional theory has had a great impact on the social and economic development, and a good system can promote the efficient organization and activities. The quality of classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges is a lifeline for the development of vocational colleges. However, good classroom order or classroom discipline are the necessary prerequisites for the quality of classroom teaching. How to carry out effective classroom management has become an important issue for teachers in higher vocational colleges. System theory, especially informal system, has implications for the establishment of classroom teaching management mechanism in higher vocational colleges. Through the construction of an informal system in the classroom, teachers in higher vocational colleges continuously improve the quality of classroom teaching.
