“以患者为中心,以质量为中心”是医疗服务模式的一次根本性变革。随着生物一心理一社会医学模式被广泛认同,以及患者主动参与医疗活动的意愿越发强烈,医院的服务水平已被患者作为就医选择的重要因素之一。本文简要论述了在当前的医改形式下,医院药房如何通过改进人性化服务水平,提供必要的药学咨询服务,发放健康卡片等措施,来提升自我水平和竞争力,从而更好地满足社会的需求。
“Patient-centered, quality-oriented” is a fundamental change in the medical service model. As the biomedical-psychosocial medical model is widely recognized and the patient’s willingness to voluntarily participate in medical activities becomes more and more intense, the service level of the hospital has been taken as one of the important factors in the choice of medical treatment. This article briefly discusses how hospital pharmacies can better meet the needs of the society by improving the quality of human services, providing necessary pharmacy counseling services and issuing health cards under the current medical reform. .
