近年来,职业教育作为国民教育体系的重要组成部分得到了迅猛的发展。处于职业教育前沿的班主任既是班级工作的组织者,也是学生健康成长和职业规划的引导者。如何提高其管理水平,对职业教育的发展意义重大。笔者在多年班级管理工作实践的基础上对新时期如何做好班主任工作进行了分析。 In recent years, vocational education as an important part of the national education system has been rapid development.
