目前民企员工普遍存在文化程度不高、对薪资要求超出自身水平的情况,造成企业员工波动大、流动反复的情况,也给企业的发展带来困难甚至产生阻碍。根据马斯洛需求理论,人的需求从高到低分为五个层次,即生理需求、安全需求、社会需求、尊重需求、自我实现需求。基于每个人的原有层次不同、目标也各不一致的情况,如果能够针对全体员工营造一个更大的发展空间,就可以点燃民企员工的心中希望,让员工有更大的、更高层次的需求。
At present, the prevalence of employees in private enterprises is that their educational level is not high enough, and their salary requirements exceed their own level. As a result, the fluctuations of employees and the repeated movements of employees have also brought difficulties and even hindrances to the development of enterprises. According to Maslow’s demand theory, people’s needs are divided into five levels from high to low, namely, physiological needs, security needs, social needs, respect needs and self-actualization needs. Based on each person’s original level is different, the goal is inconsistent, if we can create a more room for development for all employees, we can ignite the hope of private employees in mind, so that employees have a greater level of demand .
