家庭暴力是全世界共同的社会问题,不同的国家具有不同程度的家庭暴力问题,家庭暴力不仅破坏家庭关系关系,严重者甚至引发刑事案件。在我国,农村家庭暴力是我国家庭暴力中的热点问题,近年来已引发了广泛关注。对于家庭暴力问题,我国传统调整方式已无法完全控制,相关法律法规、政策具有相当大分散性,本文从我国农村家庭入手,从法律与社会角度探究农村家庭存在家暴的起因,并考察防控举措,以期形成完整的认知。 Domestic violence is a common social problem in the world.
