采用0.250、0.400、0.500、0.571四种不同沥青体分比的环氧树脂沥青及AH-70普通沥青、SBS改性沥青制成混合料试件模型,进行-25℃、-15℃、-5℃和5℃温度下的半圆形直裂缝试件三点弯曲对比试验,并通过扫描电镜进行环氧树脂沥青固化物微观结构形态分析。研究结果表明:3种沥青混合料的断裂性能与锯缝深度关系呈现相同的趋势;沥青体分比大于0.400时,环氧树脂沥青混合料断裂性能随着沥青体分比的提高而大幅度降低,但均高于AH-70普通沥青混合料;SBS改性沥青混合料的断裂性能基本与沥青体分比为0.500的环氧树脂沥青混合料相当;沥青体分比为0.571时,环氧树脂沥青混合料断裂性能与温度的关系表现和AH-70普通沥青混合料相似;扫描电镜及断裂机理分析显示,环氧树脂沥青的相逆转临界沥青体分比为0.500。

When the bitumen ratio was 0.571, the epoxy resin The fracture performance of asphalt mixture is similar to that of AH-70 ordinary asphalt mixture. The SEM and fracture mechanistic analysis show that the phase inversion ratio of epoxy asphalt is 0.500.
