本课题立足当前高校研究生基层党支部的实际,重点探究在当前科学技术是第一生产力的形式下,研究生基层党支部如何正面引导学术精英,把支部工作紧紧围绕在提高研究生学术创新能力、塑造研究生综合素质的中心工作上,为党和国家培养出具有高尚的道德情操、严谨的治学精神、敬业的职业操守、高素质的研究生党员,为有中国特色的社会主义建设服务。 Based on the actual situation of grassroots Party branch of postgraduates in colleges and universities at present, this issue focuses on how the grassroots party branches at the grassroots level guide the academic elites positively and focus their work on enhancing the ability of academic innovation of postgraduates in the light of the current science and technology being the primary productive force.
